To the maximum extent permitted by law, FarahDeem shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months prior to the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support.
